Can UX methodologies be used to evolve an organisation’s strategy? Why aren’t these methods used more broadly across organisations?
In this talk, I will briefly give an overview of design thinking, candidly present my findings and leave the attendees with a hopefully useful framework they can adopt to help organisations navigate the cultural change needed to successfully implement a design mindset.
